These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from us (collectively, the “Services”). 2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the price displayed on the Website. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We use Converge as our payment gateway. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the checkout process. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of order confirmation. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable sales tax based on your shipping address.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We will use reasonable efforts to ship your order within 14 business days after confirmation. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Edgewood Tahoe Resort Shop please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 90 days of the purchase date. If you think a purchase may be defective, please contact us immediately. For all returns, please contact us through our Contact Us page (https://edgewoodtahoe.com/contact-us/). All returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase. We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached. The customer is responsible for the $15.00 cost of the return shipping unless the return is due to our error. No checks are accepted for the reshipment of online purchases. Online re-shipping fees must be charged to your credit card. Please do not send cash. All return items must be shipped via UPS or FedEx, please do not ship via USPS. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please note the reason for your return. Please include a contact name, email address and daytime phone number. We recommend you send your return or exchange back to the address below with a tracking number.

- Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit or exchange item to be returned to you once our return department has received it. If you would like to check the status of your return or exchange, please contact Golf Retail customer service at 1-775-588-3566.
